JMC Metal Parts was established in 2006. We are engaged in the R&D, production and sale of parts used in making automobiles, computers, communication devices, heat dissipation surroundings, medical equipment and bathroom goods. About 300,000 units are made daily, wherein 70% are for export. Our products are well received by customers in over 20 countries and regions including Europe and the US.
Adhering to Various ISO Standards
To ensure high quality all the time, we strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000 and ISO/TS 16949 guidelines. Because of our meticulousness, we have obtained CE and RoHS marks for our products. Moreover, to continuously meet clients' requirements, we employ professional design, production and service talents.
Using Equipment from Japan and Taiwan
We have workshops for zinc, aluminum die casting alloys, pressing, CNC high-precision parts, fasteners, injections, installations, moldings, and other equipment from Japan and Taiwan. Our precision equipment can manufacture stamped parts with thicknesses of 6 to 0.1mm, width of 1,500mm (maximum) and an accuracy of +/- 0.01mm. Our zinc alloy die-casts can be done up to 0.35mm thin, with an accuracy of +/- 0.05mm. Moreover, aluminum alloy die-casts can be done up to 0.7mm with an accuracy of 0.05mm. Our precision machine parts have the accuracy of +/- 0.005mm.
